Once The Bathroom Work Has Been Carried Out...
For regular cleaning, simply use a mild detergent and warm water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers, as they might damage the finish. A soft cloth or sponge works best.

While most bathroom cleaners are safe, we recommend using pH-neutral cleaners. Avoid acidic or alkaline products as they can damage the grout and tile surface.
It could be due to a variety of reasons – from a simple blockage to an issue with the installation. Please contact us so we can assess and address the problem.
For wet areas like showers, it’s recommended to seal the grout once a year. For other areas, every 2-3 years should suffice. Sealing helps prevent moisture infiltration and maintains the grout’s appearance.
Our product warranty of 5/10 years covers manufacturing defects and issues arising from the installation process. Accidental damages or wear and tear due to regular use are not covered. Always refer to the warranty document for detailed information.
